Balonya’da açtığınız hesabı ve bu hesaba bağlı tüm verileri istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Oyunu telefonunuzdan kaldırmış olsanız bile bu sayfadaki yöntemle silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.
Yöntem 1: Oyun içinden
- Balonya’yı açın ve Oyna’ya dokunarak haritaya geçin.
- Sağ üstteki 👤 (Hesap) simgesine dokunun.
- Hesabımı sil’e dokunun ve onaylayın.
Yöntem 2: E-posta ile
Hesabınızda kullandığınız e-posta adresinden bize “Hesap silme talebi - Balonya” konulu bir e-posta gönderin:
Güvenliğiniz için, talebin hesabın sahibinden geldiğini doğrulamak amacıyla size yanıt verebiliriz.
Neler silinir?
- E-posta adresiniz ve hesap kimliğiniz,
- Buluttaki oyun ilerlemeniz (seviyeler, yıldızlar, envanter).
Neler saklanabilir?
- Satın alma kayıtları, yasal yükümlülükler nedeniyle Google Play tarafından saklanabilir; bu kayıtlar bizim tarafımızdan tutulmaz.
- Telefonunuzdaki oyun verileri, oyunu kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalır.
Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Balonya account and all data linked to it at any time. Even if you have already uninstalled the game, you can request deletion using the steps on this page.
Option 1: In the game
- Open Balonya and tap Play to go to the map.
- Tap the 👤 (Account) icon at the top right.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Option 2: By email
From the email address used for your account, send us an email with the subject “Account deletion request - Balonya”:
For your security, we may reply to confirm that the request comes from the account owner.
What is deleted
- Your email address and account ID,
- Your cloud game progress (levels, stars, inventory).
What may be kept
- Purchase records may be retained by Google Play to meet legal obligations; we do not keep them ourselves.
- Game data on your phone stays on your device until you uninstall the game.
